Shipping policy

All Bonds Creek Knives are proudly manufactured and shipped from our facility in the United States.

Order Processing
In-stock items typically ship within 2-4 business days of your order being placed. During new product releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via UPS. Shipping speed and cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Bonds Creek Knives is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bonds Creek Knives is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
