Returns and Warranty

We want you to love your Bonds Creek knife. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right. This includes:

  • Assistance with fit, finish, or usage questions

  • Options for exchange or store credit
    (Note: This period applies to unused knives returned in original condition — see Returns below.)


2. Returns (Buyer’s Remorse / Unused Products)

We accept returns of unused knives within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To qualify:

  • Knife must be in new, un-used condition

  • Original packaging, sheath, and all included accessories must be returned

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

To start a return:

  1. Contact support at BondsCreekKnives@gmail.com

  2. We’ll issue a return authorization and return shipping instructions

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Used knives or items not in original condition may not qualify for refund.


3. Lifetime Warranty (“Bonds Creek Promise”)

Every Bonds Creek knife is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This means:

  • We guarantee your blade will perform as intended

  • If a manufacturing defect arises, we’ll repair or replace the knife at our discretion

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear from use (e.g., dulling of the edge)

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance

  • Modifications or alterations made outside our workshop

  • Loss, theft, or cosmetic wear that does not affect function

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email BondsCreekKnives@gmail.com with photos and a description of issue

  2. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the knife in for evaluation

  3. After evaluation, we’ll repair or replace the knife and return it to you

We may:

  • Sharpen, rewrap handles, or refurbish surfaces

  • Replace components or entire knife if necessary


4. Generational Service & Sharpening

Like the best American-made knife brands, we offer ongoing service to keep your blade going strong. Under our Bonds Creek Promise:

  • We will sharpen, service, and maintain your Bonds Creek knife for life

  • You can send it back anytime for edge restoration or maintenance (return shipping may apply)



5. How to Ship a Knife to Us

  • Package your knife safely — blade covered and secure

  • Include your order number, contact info, and reason for service/return

  • Use a trackable shipping method — we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit
